Main Responsibilities:
- Executing marketing strategies in line with corporate strategic targets
- Planning, developing and leading the consumer & customer promotions, new launch plans and sales support initiatives per annual business plan with possible extension to ad-hoc activities to strengthen competitiveness
- Perform regular site visits, monitoring all on-going projects
- Performing market research, analysis, and testing using a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
- Planning and ordering of new POSMs, displays and innovations; and ensuring the efficient usage of these materials by sales team
- Controlling product budget splits by setting regular checkpoints for spending versus plans
- Assisting in execution of marketing plans to reach target audience through identified channels
- Perform Post Promotional Analysis.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Min 1 year of working experience
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a passionate environment.
