Position to report : METHODS OPERATIONS LEAD (Project Phase) then PROCESS OPERATIONS LEAD (Production phase)

JOB DIMENSIONS / CONTEXT
Absheron Early Production Scheme (EPS) is an early development phase to target a first gas production mid-2022.
JOCAP Joint Operating Company of Absheron Petroleum is a new Company created in March 2018, which is the Operator of Absheron from August 2018.
Absheron development reference agreements are PSA, JOA and addendums.
EPS Project technical data:
– 152Mscf/d of gas, 12kbbl/d of condensate; production from 1 subsea well, 34km multiphase flow line, dedicated new platform installed at Oil Rocks field (operated by SOCAR); WHSIP = 555bar, WHFP = 380bar.

ACTIVITIES:

• The job holder main responsibilities during the Project phase are to assists the Methods Operations Lead in:
  – the follow-up of engineering and technical developments of the Project;
  – ensuring the Readiness for the start-up of the EPS facilities (personnel, procedures, tools, equipment’s)

The job holder main responsibilities after Start-up are to assists the Process Operations Lead in:

• – the follow-up of Chemicals supply chain and injection efficiency;
  – Establishing production reporting, gas nominations and shortfall analysis.

On top, the jobholder is accountable for the maintenance of the Field Operations Management System (procedures and tools).
The jobholder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, concerning the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with the Activities described within the HSE Management System
• Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work
• Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task
• Assure of the safety of his work site
• Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution
• Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Level / Diploma: Master degree in Engineering
• Professional Experience: more than 5 years of experience in Operations of oil & gas facilities including operational positions on offshore sites.
• knowledge of :
• Flow Assurance and Production Chemistry
• Operations of Offshore Oil and Gas facilities
• Other required Competencies: Process, Well Performance, use of IT tools.
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani languages
