Key Accountabilities:

• Contacting with the local migration organisations and other authorities for the issue of permits necessary to live and work in the country;
• Examining set of application documents to verify the eligibility for Work Permit, Temporary Residence Permit;
• Providing all required documentation of expats for Work and Residence Permit; Close control expiry dates of documents and apply for prolongation if needed;
• Acting as a subject matter expert on migration issues for expatriate employees and HR colleagues
• Maintaining constantly positive and professional communication line with expatriate employees and their family members
• Ensuring all paperwork, including applications for immigration completed accurately and in a timely manner;
• Maintaining and updating the database and records of status for WP, TRP, VISAs and registration for expatriate personnel assigned to Azerbaijan;
• Providing regular status reports for HR Manager and other parties and stakeholders as instructed by line manager;
• Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and current affairs;
• Holding utmost responsibility for compliance with all applicable rules and regulations;

Essential Education: Higher education in Law, Business administration or other related field;

Essential Criteria:

• 5 years of related experience;
• Strong knowledge of Migration Code and Labour Legislation;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages;
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office Suite;
• Attention to details and readiness to work under tight deadlines.

• Ability to perform efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Team player mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Extremely strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Being self-disciplined: high level of adherence to the company requirements, such as code of conduct, dress code, etc..
