We are looking for Office Administrator ( female only with 20-28 years of old +minimum 2 year experience)

Main Responsibilities:
- Arrange internal office services between the departments•
- Manage admin. Purchases and check supplier invoices against purchase orders for administration charges;
- Issue of Expense Claim Forms for administration charges ( office stationery, office equipment);
- Make travel arrangements (booking and purchase of tickets, etc.);
- Power of attorneys for cars;
- Organize daily monthly get – togethers for directorship ;
ABILITY:
- Customer Focused
- Strong language skills (Azeri, Russian, English)
- Proven leadership qualities
- Minimum 2 year experience
- Hospitality experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Public speaking knowledge and experience
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite and databases
Salary will be determined based on interview and experience
