- MBA / Bachelors degree / Fresh graduates ( as trainee /intern)
- High proficiency in MS Office, Internet
- Has excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, Russian, Turkish and Azerbaijani language. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- An understanding of business operations and processes
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Salary Range: 500 Azn. Salary no bar for the right candidate
Namizədə tələblər:
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities and operations
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, including office correspondence, translations, and presentations-
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings and welcoming visitors
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, equipment and utility payments
- Create and daily update records and databases with Procurement, Sales, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Performing other relevant duties when needed
