You will be responsible to arrange meetings for the staff, providing them with necessary office documents, and keeping a record of the appointments within the office. This job requires commitment, attention to details, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Organize meetings and appointments within the office
- Ensuring that the office area is kept clean and organized
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment, work with vendors on supplies and equipment maintenance
- Provide support and necessary information to the visitors
- Provide staff with all the necessary arrangements regarding travel plans or meeting with the clients
- Maintain documentation, archive, and appliances
- Receive and make calls
- Providing coffee and tea to guests
- Keeping kitchen clean and neat
Requirements:
- Experience of working as an Office/Frond desk manager
- Excellent knowledge of office administration and office procedures
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian is a must and English language preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient knowledge of office tools
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- School site experience is highly desirable
