Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Operative cooperation with Head Office
- Partner with HR department to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Document expenses and hand in reports
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum a year work experience in related areas
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- English (intermediate level)
Note
- Work location: Hajigabul region
