Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Operative cooperation with Head Office
  • Partner with HR department to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Document expenses and hand in reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum a year work experience in related areas
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • English (intermediate level)

Note

  • Work location: Hajigabul region
  • Candidates that live in Hajigabul are preferred
