EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.

At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Offshore Crane Operator stage 3.

Job responsibilities:

• Operate crane for installation and vessel within crane design envelope taking into consideration weather and sea states and load
• Ensure constant communication with deck and vessel crews
• Complete the use checklists before commencing each shift
• Compliance with Clients safe system of work
• Carry out 1st line maintenance with skills and experience
• Ensure good housekeeping with crane cabin and machinery
• Undertake activities as required
• Ensure all incidents and near misses are reported to EnerMech and Installation Manager immediately
• Ensure a safe and comprehensive shift handover is conducted and recorded
• Work on own initiative
• Decisive during lifting operations

Qualifications:

Essential:

• VHF Restricted Radio Certificate
• Stage III Crane Operator Certificate
• Offshore experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Clear and effective communication in English both written and oral
• VHF Restricted Radio Certificate
• Preferred:
• Banksman/Slinging Certificate
• Rigging Loft Management
• Basic Rigging Certificate
• Previous offshore experience
• Offshore Medical
• BOSIET
