Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours
  • Preparing schedules for all employees according to the forecast and within the limits of the staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times
  • Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement
  • Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s
  • Evaluating the performance of the assigned team and initiate internal development and promotions
  • Establishing and updating the outlet’s database of regular guests
  • Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
  • Touring the outlet and all related areas frequently, ensuring the highest possible cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Full understanding of Associate engagement
  • Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives. Manage within those approved plans
  • Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
  • Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years & above in similar capacity
  • Knowledgeable in F&B Operations
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing guest and personal services. This includes guest needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of guest satisfaction;
  • Understanding of the role of teamwork in providing quality services;
  • High level of written and verbal business Azeri, Russian and English
  • High level of social and interpersonal skills to coach and motivate
  • Highly developed organizational skills
  • Flexibility in shift/working patterns to meet the needs of the service in a developing and changing environment;
  • To be responsible to the employer and subject to the Practice complaints procedure.
