Common Key Technical Attributes:

• Payroll calculation based on the timesheets, check timesheet data entry by Timekeeper, splitting hours into standard and overtime, posting of payroll into the Accounting software, Payment of salaries, Payroll Taxes and Social Contributions
• Accounts Receivable function:
• Posting of USD Debtors using the standard procedure
• Clearing of Customer balances
• Preparation of Sales Invoices:
• Preparation of the Invoicing package based on the Cost Report provided by Cost Controllers.

Job purpose:

The Role has two parts:

• Payroll and Payroll Reporting function for Azerbaijan Government, liaison with the respective auditors
• Accounts Receivable and Invoicing to Customers.

Essential Qualification and Experience:

• Master Degree in Accounting / Finance or student in the field of Chartered Accounatnt
• At least 5 years experience in the Accounting / Finance / Audit
• Computer Skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
• Abilities to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
