Planning & Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying prospective suppliers;
• Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions;
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements;
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records;
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards;
• Analyzing market and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field;
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors);
• Understanding of supply chain procedures;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel effectively;
• Language skills:
  1. English (intermediate);
  2. Russian (intermediate);
• Effective teamwork skills;
• Time management skills, ability to plan his/her time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines.
