Position Type: Full-time

Job duties:

• The workplace includes work in the plant with equipment for concrete production, workshops and other facilities in the factory
• Workplace includes work on all concrete bases according to the needs of projects and the needs of work organization defined by the competent manager
• Organizes the work of the factory according to the production plan obtained from the Concrete Plant Manager
• At the end of each working day, it sends information on the produced and delivered quantities of concrete as well as information on receipt of raw materials to the competent manager
• Orders reportage materials and controls the optimal use of the same
• Responsible that the returned quantities of concrete are processed exclusively according to the established procedure
• Responsible for treating Holcim fixed assets as well as other leased assets domestic and with the maximum possible care
• Responsible for collecting all delivery notes and checking their correctness
• Notices the existence of problems, tries to solve them and addresses his superior if necessary.
• Actively participates in creating risk assessments for activities in which it participates as an executor and / or as a supervisor.
• Performs work tasks according to the existing work procedures and gives proposals for their change.
• Proposes solutions to improve the operation and efficiency of equipment as well as solutions to extend the life of equipment.
• Participates in the introduction of the Holcim Standard (best practice, business process
• Participates in daily technical inspections (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checklists) and in maintenance equipment in accordance with maintenance instructions.

Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar, or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in a management/supervisory of a construction labour force
• Knowledge of or experience with production facility- ready-mix plant
