Place within the Organisation: Reports to SECC BM Part Manager and Finance Group Leader, (Samsung Electronics Caucasus Company)

Job Location: Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan

Overall Job Objective:

• Perform administration and implementation of purchasing functions.
• Perform preparation of marketing documents for payment by Regional Head Quarters.

Responsibilities and Tasks: 

Related to Procurement/Marketing (MKTG) payment Specialist: 

• Perform preparation of the bidding related documents;
• Contact vendors for getting necessary information for vendor preliminary registration;
• Contact vendors for participating in the quotation/bidding process;
• Perform both marketing and admin parts for procurement;
• Review and keep updated all Admin and MKTG service agreements;
• Proceed process in internal bidding and quotation management system in accordance with Company Policies;
• Register vendors in internal system as necessary;
• Assisting in documents collection for bank details change as required;
• Being involved in the creation, checking and final submission of the marketing projects closing;

Contacts/Key Relationships:

• Internal communication: SECC-Azerbaijan Office.

Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in office administration work (procurement experience is desirable);
• Knowledge of MS office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Fluency in Russian, English, and Azerbaijani;
• Experience in GERP systems would be an asset;
• Basic knowledge in Marketing would be an asset;
• Clear work with documentation
