Procurement Specialist are indicated below:

• Research on current orders and building supply relationships
• Identification of suppliers and services
• Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
• Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
• Negotiation with suppliers on price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods
• Making contacts with suppliers and clarifying technical specifications of ordered goods
• Creation of purchase orders, agreements and other needed documents
• Attending meetings with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favorable to the company
• Working closely with the projects team to understand details of procurement requirements
• Discovering profitable suppliers and initiated procurement partnerships

Requirements to candidate:

• More than 1 years proven experience of working as a procurement in the similar field
• Fluency in English and Russian languages (both verbal and written) are required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building
• Flexible to work long hours as demanded by projects
• Able to travel to meet vendors and suppliers as necessary

Terms

• 6-days work week with part day Saturday.
