Location: Naftalan

We are searching candidates from Naftalan, Goranboy, Ganja and Mingacevir.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, Quotation, Tender and Request for Proposal;
• Provide assistance to user departments, when required, in the preparation of specification ,etc.;
• Responsible for strategic sourcing initiatives and key suppliers;
• Analyze all markets to find new potential suppliers with lowest Total Cost;
• Control over the quality of the goods;
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts based on approved requisitions;
• Locate, analyze and develop preferred sources of supply internationally to satisfy business requirements;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and maintain regular contact with other non-key suppliers to enable effective execution of our strategies.
• Secure supply (provide advisory services for business units to secure or negotiate volume, price, payment terms, etc. for managed supply) consistent with strategies and forecasts, price supply to the divisions/plants when necessary, and manage long/short position to ensure competitive and stable supply.
• Optimize the current purchase order system to enhance accounting processes.

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, economic, purchasing or any business related field.
• Work experience in the Hotel and Catering industry.
• English / Russian / Azerbaijan.
• Solid computer skills (proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Solid 1C skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
