Requirements for the candidate:

• Female candidate / 20-35 years old
• Fluency in speech
• Language skills : Azerbaijan, Russian, English (IELTS 7)
• Have ability to work with Microsoft Office programs
• 2-3 years of experience in this field

Responsibilities:

• Examination of suppliers, establishment of relationships
• Technical information and price investigation on goods
• Contract with suppliers
• Keeping records of contract execution
• Customs formalization (preparation of orders, submission of all packages of documents required for it)
• Keeping a record of the goods
• Receipt and issuance of purchase orders;
• Preparation of orders for the requested goods;
• Market analysis, research of demanded materials in the foreign stores
• Provision of materials, raw materials and equipment to the company;
• Business correspondence and negotiations with suppliers
• Research prices;
• To prepare  and control of contracts, also to examine determination of commercial conditions in the contracts;

İnformation about work:

• Time: Monday-Saturday /09:00am -06:00 pm
• Location : Khatai Avenue Luxen Plzaza 34A
• Lunch are paid by company
• Salary: 800-1000 azn
