Key responsibilities:

• Receipt and provision of procurement orders;
• Preparation of orders for required goods;
• Organization of tenders and bids in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan,
• Analysis of existing orders and market analysis in the system, research of required materials in foreign markets.
• Market analysis, research of required materials in local and foreign markets;
• Business correspondence and negotiations with suppliers;
• Price research and tenders;
• Preparation and control of contracts, control over the determination of contract-commercial terms;
• Carrying out research on the topic given by the management and preparing a report on the results and submitting it to the management;
• Participate in the process of drafting agreements with foreign missions;
• Control over the circulation of all documents related to the implementation of the contract;

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher economic education;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English verbal and oral (Russian is preferred);
• Knowledge of MC office programs;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to negotiate, the ability to make the right choice between suppliers
• Ability to analyze the market;
• High communication and business communication skills;
• Ability to organize and maintain document flow in the field of procurement
• Accuracy and ability to pay attention to details;

Working conditions:

• Work Address: Banagadi dist., Madan str. 4 (Khirdalan)
• Salary: 1000-1200 azn net
