Key Responsibilities:

AS Inshaat-N LLC is currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team for the construction projects. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Procurement Department and responsible for all purchasing related activities and for ensuring the delivery of materials/ services to the site occurs on time, at the right price the first time.

• Analyze the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, Quotation, Tender and Request for Proposal;
• Provide assistance to user departments, when required, in the preparation of specification ,etc.;
• Responsible for strategic sourcing initiatives and key suppliers;
• Analyze all markets to find new potential suppliers with lowest Total Cost;
• Control over the quality of the goods;
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts based on approved requisitions;
• Locate, analyze and develop preferred sources of supply internationally to satisfy business requirements;
• Negotiate, develop and implement agreement with key supplier’s risk values project while using best practices.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in technical field).

Experience:

• At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently under pressure;
• Strong analytical and decision making skills;
• Results oriented;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English is an advantage.
