Job duties:
- Coordination of all calls, emails and messages between head office coordinators and staff (Azerbaijani employees working in EU countries)
- Assist in documentation control, scan all documents and put in folders &system.
- Translate and coordinate the requirements of staff to head office and vice versa.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
- Carry out planning duties related to travel, accommodation, transportation etc.
- Develop the plan how to organize transportation for staff with minimum waste of resources as time, distance and number of vehicles.
- Resolve dispute issues between national staff working in EU countries and head office.
- The right candidate should be stress resistant, holding good negotiation and leadership skills to keep balance between head office polices and working staff requirements.
- Support other assigned functions.
Requirements for candidate:
- Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages are the must.
- Microsoft office programs knowledge.
- Minimum Bachelor degree diploma.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Stress-resistance.
Working conditions:
- Working hours: 09.00-18.00; 5/7; have to be available on phone during weekends for force majeure issues.
- Office in Caspian Plaza. Lunch provided by the Company
- High salary rate (negotiable)
