Project Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor and track project scope and its objectives (IT & Soft projects)
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Coordinate and meet with related departments for the needs of project
• Provide project updates, presentations, reports consistently to management about status, progress and adjustments
• Update, check and complete records&forms, conduct data analyses
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement•
• Monitor customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (Computer science, information technologies preferred)
• 3 years of experience in project management (Experience in IT companies preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
