Job responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
- Maintain the QHSE Management system and always ensure that records are generated according to the system;
- Developing the management systems by writing and editing procedures, ensuring their successful implementation;
- Conducting internal Audits and participating in external audits performed by clients or certification bodies;
- Registers all NCRs generated from Internal & External audits and client complaints and follow up, Ensure that all NCRs are closed out in a timely manner and evidences are recorded in the system.;
- Communicates information on the QHSE Management System throughout the organization and promotes HSE awareness through various communication channels i.e. TBT, inductions, training, , discussions, emails, etc. in consultation with all relevant departments;
- Undertake QHSE inspections internally as per the company’s approved inspection program. Follows up on the preventive and/or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitors the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other departments;
- Develops, facilitates, and reviews QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team;
- Prepare and present quality reports on a monthly basis. Suggest and advise changes to ensure continuous improvement on any additional effective KPIs to be added to the system as part of continual improvement;
- Perform HSE Inspections in office and work sites and provide the report for inspections;
- Actively participate in the HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management;
- Performs reporting, risk assessments, and auditing and observes all HSE-related activities and policies;
- Ensures operations are conducted safely and efficiently in compliance with local legislation and company safety regulations by implementing company QHSE policies and procedures;
- Track, assist, and expedite any corrective action of safety and environmental issues till close-out;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field;
- Minimum 2 years QHSE experience in Oil and Gas industry ;
- Fluency in English (Russian is also preferable);
- Internal Auditor Certificate (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001);
- HSE Qualification Certificates such as IOSH, NEBOSH etc;
- Competent in the use of MS Office applications;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize workload;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
