Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review the organization’s process to ensure whether they align with the current policies
• Formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress
• Make documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities
• Work across the company to put processes, reviews, and metrics to ensure that the company complies with the risk framework
• Conduct risk assessments of higher risk processes
• Conduct risk assessments for technology-related risk operations
• Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems
• Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
• Assure all implemented standards and procedures are followed
• Drive continuous improvement, assuring new tools, technologies, and testing processes are researched and implemented
• Suggest functional improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the function, systems and work practices
• Provide regular thought leadership to the business on current risk management and assurance trends

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of general compliance and risk experience (ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
• Understanding of IT Risks and IT General Controls
• Understanding of IT Process, IT Infrastructure
• Highly competent at interpreting data, analyzing problems and formulating solutions to present to management level and above
• Good team working skills and the ability to manage/coach junior resources
• Understanding Information Security in Governance Frameworks, Continuity Planning
• Apply a risk-based approach to planning, executing, and reporting on audit engagements and auditing process
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
