Location : Baku, Azerbaijan.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• provide QA/QC leadership, training and operational support to all levels of the company and across all groups
• coordinate an established QA/QC Management Systems in view of continuous improvement
• monitor & improve internal QA/QC procedures, manage actions resulting from company Annual QA/QC Plan
• ensure risk assessments are in place for all activities with significant QA/QC risks
• plan & schedule regular internal audits and inspections as well as audit and management of suppliers
• screening of suppliers and clients for quality assurance
• provide training, guidance as necessary to personnel involved with completion of audits/inspections
• support and maintain the development of the existing management systems compliant with ISO standards
• review the organization’s process to ensure whether they align with the current policies
• formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress

Qualifications:

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and ability to work with ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English, Azerbaijan, Turkish, and Russian
• Strong ability to work in a calm manner whilst under pressure both individually and in the team
• Good telephone manner, negotiation and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment
• 8-hour working day (09:00 – 18:00), Monday to Friday
• Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00 or 13:00 – 14:00
• Being “on call” out of office ours is important

Remuneration: 2500.00 AZN net per month depending on qualifications and experience.
