Basic requirements:

• Education: Construction Management, or a related field.
• Gender: Male
• Work experience: 4 years’ experience in related position

Working hours: 

• Monday – Saturday 09:00-18:00

Duties and Responsibilities

• Examination of Tender Documents;
• Preparation of Pricing Schedule with quantities;
• Determination of necessary machines and equipment;
• Calculation of materials (with consumption);
• Getting quotation of necessary materials;
• Responsible for maintaining confidential information and company secrets;
• Responsible for the implementation of duties , the timely and efficient implementation of orders and decrees by the Project Manager and Executive Director  that is defined by this “job description”;
• Responsible for submitted to him inventory in accordance with handover act and  material responsibility contract;
• To follow the labor discipline and internal disciplinary rules;
• Responsible for following the labor protection, safety, sanitation and fire protection norms and rules and other job functions provided by this description.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Surveyor in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and quality management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification or membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
