We are Construction Management and Design Company providing full scale of Project Management services for our Client in construction of buildings.

The Cost/QS Engineer we are looking for is going to be responsible for;

– Implement the contract document terms and conditions, manage and maintain costs for the project including design change management to ensure completion of project within budget.

In this respect, he should carry out following duties , but not limited to:

• Undertake measurement activity to initially establish a benchmark and BOQ based upon the definitive design
• Contractor’s Monthly Interim Payment Valuation by assessing the level of works completed
• Monitor progress of the works and prepare summary reports to the Client
• Analyze and Estimate the Cost impact of Design Changes

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of Cost / Quantity Surveying experience in field of construction
• Fluent in English with professional proficiency
• Major in Civil / Architectural Engineering
