Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Schedule appointments
- Organize meetings
- Assist with translation of documents, when required
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels
- Strong organizational ethic
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details, and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision
- Strong writing/documenting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communications skills
- Strong MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Languages:
- Azerbaijani – native
- English – upper intermediate
- Russian – upper intermediate
