Position: Receptionist
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
- Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
- Answering or referring inquiries from external;
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions;
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Position Qualification:
- Bachelor degree
- At least 6+ months of experience in relevant role
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to share skills and knowledge with others
- Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Written and verbal communication in Azeri, English and Russian languages
- Independent I.T. user
- Good team player
- Highly motivated
- Calm, professional attitude and approach work
- Able and willing to advice and support colleagues
- Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work unsupervised
