The main duties of the successful candidate will be:
- Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to appropriate staff;
- To provide general administrative and secretarial services at reception;
- Arrange appointments for callers or for people working in the Company;
- Oversee the use of the fax machine, photocopier and other office equipment;
- Perform administrative tasks like typing, filing, photocopying and binding;
- Maintain telephone and staff location lists;
- Answer general enquiries about the organization;
- Keep reception area tidy.
Minimum requirements:
- Advanced language level (Azerbaijani, English and Russian);
- Related experience;
- Verbal and written communication skills;
- Stress tolerance;
- Attention to details;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Perfect organization skills.
