Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and e-mails;
- Receive and register incoming and outgoing documents;
- Preparation of documents and reports on behalf of management;
- Prepare a work plan in accordance with the work schedule of the manager (meetings, calls, meetings, receptions, etc.);
- Be able to organize the plan for the implementation of tasks, make decisions and notify them directly to the executor;
- To answer questions about the service accurately and completely;
- To do the necessary work related to the company’s activities;
- Timely and correctly perform the tasks given by the management.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Female candidate;
- Minimum 1 year receptionist experience is preferred;
- Proficiency in English, Azerbaijani, Russian is a must;
- Customer oriented, results-focused and possess good communication skills;
- Computer literate – knowledge of MS Word, MS. Excel, MS. Outlook is a must.
Working schedule:
- Working days: Monday – Friday
- Lunch time: 13:00 -14:00
- Salary AZN 300
