Job Summary: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our school. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering exceptional customer service and managing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the daily operations of the school. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor, contributing to a positive and orderly school environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting students, parents, and visitors with a positive attitude;
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff members;
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members or departments;
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area;
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings;
- Handle school correspondence and distribute it accordingly;
- Support with data entry, filing, and maintaining records;
- Provide information to prospective and current families about school programs, activities, and admissions procedures;
- Assist in the enrollment and registration process for new students;
- Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians by addressing their queries and concerns courteously and efficiently.
Our Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Customer service orientation.

- Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
- Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
