We are an engineering, procurement and construction contractor providing our products and services since 2005.

Currently looking for an enthusiastic, active and driven young candidate for our team.

Workplace is Baku, Caspian Plaza 3.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma
• Fluent in Azeri, Russian and English languages
• Pleasant appearance
• Only female candidates

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests positively as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/documents/deliveries
• Hand over the relevant documents to the appropriate organizations, companies
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing and faxing
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
• To order all necessary stationery/ material and distribute to needed departments
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required by the Management
• Working hours- 5 days in week, from 09:00 am till 18:00 pm

Salary 400 azn net
