Principal Accountabilities:
- Providing receptionist support to the kindergarten – being the first contact / front line in receiving visitors, staff, and children to the kindergarten
- Providing support to the kindergarten’s administrative function
- Providing children and staff attendance support to the kindergarten
Providing receptionist service to the kindergarten, including: - Welcoming, receiving, signing in and dealing with and directing staff, children, parents, kindergarten visitors, and other stakeholders as appropriate
- Managing the staff, children, parents and visitor kindergarten entry system
- Communicate With Staff, Faculty, Children, and Parents
As a kindergarten receptionist, you’ll answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide information to parents. You’ll also facilitate communication between Head of E.Y., teachers, and parents. - Keep Records
Keeping records of phone and mail inquiries will be a part of your job as a receptionist. Operating the kindergarten’s main telephone, transferring calls, or taking and delivering messages as appropriate. - Schedule Meetings
You’re responsible for scheduling parent-teacher meetings, Head Of Early Years-parent meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English, and Russian
- Excellent at oral and written communication;
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Work Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Highly responsible and reliable;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- People skills.
