Receptionist (Kindergarten)

Principal Accountabilities:

• Providing receptionist support to the kindergarten – being the first contact / front line in receiving visitors, staff, and children to the kindergarten
• Providing support to the kindergarten’s administrative function
• Providing children and staff attendance support to the kindergarten
  Providing receptionist service to the kindergarten, including:
• Welcoming, receiving, signing in and dealing with and directing staff, children, parents, kindergarten visitors, and other stakeholders as appropriate
• Managing the staff, children, parents and visitor kindergarten entry system
• Communicate With Staff, Faculty, Children, and Parents
  As a kindergarten receptionist, you’ll answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide information to parents. You’ll also facilitate communication between Head of E.Y., teachers, and parents.
• Keep Records
  Keeping records of phone and mail inquiries will be a part of your job as a receptionist. Operating the kindergarten’s main telephone, transferring calls, or taking and delivering messages as appropriate.
• Schedule Meetings
  You’re responsible for scheduling parent-teacher meetings, Head Of Early Years-parent meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English, and Russian
• Excellent at oral and written communication;
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Work Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
• Highly responsible and reliable;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• People skills.
