Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Responding to all Room Reservation, Transportation Arrangement and Destination Information inquiries promptly and professionally via telephone, E-mail and/or fax
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
- Ensure all guest’s requests are properly and accurately communicated to partners: i.e. reservation requests, confirmations etc.
- Enter data into software and maintain client files
- Maintain statistical and financial records
- All other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and relevant computer applications required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
