Position summary:
As a Sales Intern, you will collaborate with our CI Sales team in all stages of Sales campaigns and analyze the outcome of those activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including preparing communications, maintaining schedules, and assisting with onsite meetings when required.
- Building personalized offers for customers, fitting their specific needs and wants.
- Supporting in the construction and presentation of a strategy for our main clients.
- Supporting daily sales activities.
- Being aware of the fast evolution of the channel and proposing new ideas.
- Check and make minor adjustments to work methods to solve problems that are routine and typically exist in current work processes and systems.
- Liaising with vendor creation and raising payment requisitions for third-party suppliers, clients, and other staff for business-related purchases.
- Update and maintain relevant contact lists, contracts database
- Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with the paper flow.
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management/Administration, or related field
- The ideal candidate will need to possess strong leadership competencies, and strong team and analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; proactivity, and enthusiasm for work in a fastmoving, dynamic environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team
- Creative to develop unique ideas and expand on them is a plus
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. Proficiency in Turkish is preferred.
- Local candidates are strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Telephone techniques and etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills: attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritize
- The ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
- An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good time management.
