Job Responsibilities:
- Assists clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently;
- Monitor performance indicators;
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information;
- Identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales. Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates;
- Creating and processing sales in a timely manner;
- Keep record of sales trends;
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies;
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience;
- Suggest sales process improvements;
- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings;
- Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed;
- Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data;
- Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors;
- Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required;
Job Requirements and skills:
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred;
- 3-5 year work experience in the same area required;
- Good knowledge of SAP is preferred;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Strong knowledge of global market conditions;
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
- Impeccable negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and rapport building;

Working conditions:
- Location: Baku office;
- Work schedule: 5 days;
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;

- Salary: Will be determined according to the candidate’s knowledge and skills during the interview;
