We are looking for:

• Students on their last year of study and graduated;
• Those who interested in procurement speciality;

We are providing:

• Paid Internship program (transportation and lunch);
• 2-4-month Internship duration program

Key responsibilities:

• Support procurement manager in development of new suppliers and consolidate volume;
• New supplier qualification, collection documents for new supplier registration;
• Management supplier relationships;
• Support procurement managers in negotiations;
• Work with legal finance tax departments;
• Release the manual PO to suppliers and trace its fulfilment;
•  Document management.

• Good presentation skills;
• Solid analytical skills and self-motivated.
• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Strong command of the Azeri, English and Russian languages (Upper-Intermediate or above);
•  Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skill is a must).

Location: Nizami str 203a AF Business HouseBaku Azerbaijan

Full-time working hours (Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00);

Position is open in the Baku office within the Procurement team to support ongoing projects;
