Set-up and maintain baseline schedules, progress measurement systems based on rules of credit
Set-up and maintain project reports and dashboards
Set-up and maintain benchmarks during the lifecycle of the project
Set-up and maintain scheduling/planning related process and procedures
Ensures the development and completion of job progress milestones through scheduling
Coordinates with procurement and material mangers as well as engineering work group leads pertaining to essential items of supply
Provides priorities for projects to guarantee completion
Contributes to forecasts and disbursements by performing schedule analysis
Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support within project controls
Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks
Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices
May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members
Relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of project controls to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy.

Completion of an undergraduate degree
Relevant experience in oil and gas business
Excellent command of Azerbaijani, and English languages
Advanced Computer Skills (Office programs)
Competent presentation and communication skills
Knowledge and experience on Primavera P6
Having an MBA or master’s in business and finance is an advantage
Knowledge and experience on PowerBI and PowerAutomate are an advantage
SOCAR-KBR is targeting development of project controls department in interdisciplinary structure, knowledge and experience on cost control is an advantage.
