Scheduling/Planning (team members for various levels)

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and maintain baseline schedules, progress measurement systems based on rules of credit
• Set-up and maintain project reports and dashboards
• Set-up and maintain benchmarks during the lifecycle of the project
• Set-up and maintain scheduling/planning related process and procedures
• Ensures the development and completion of job progress milestones through scheduling
• Coordinates with procurement and material mangers as well as engineering work group leads pertaining to essential items of supply
• Provides priorities for projects to guarantee completion
• Contributes to forecasts and disbursements by performing schedule analysis
• Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support within project controls
• Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks
• Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices
• May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members
• Relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of project controls to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy.

Requirements:

• Completion of an undergraduate degree
• Relevant experience in oil and gas business
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani, and English languages
• Advanced Computer Skills (Office programs)
• Competent presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience on Primavera P6
• Having an MBA or master’s in business and finance is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience on PowerBI and PowerAutomate are an advantage
• SOCAR-KBR is targeting development of project controls department in interdisciplinary structure, knowledge and experience on cost control is an advantage.
