Education and work experience requirement:

• Application of IAS (International Audit Standards) knowledge
• Application of International Accounting standards (IFRS) knowledge
• Preparation and/or review of financial reports in line with International Accounting Standards
• Performing audits on systems, operations and accounts
• Reporting audit findings and recommending solutions
• Design an audit process using general standards of practice and strategy guidelines
• Capable to checking and evaluating the availability, effectiveness and adequacy of internal control systems
• Carry out a risk analysis of operation
• Preparation of relevant audit report
• Determination the compliance of operational processes with relevant legislation, procedures and rules
• Carry out operational audit tests
• Performing other tasks as per the requirement
• Guide and supervise junior staff

Candidate requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting and/or other related business disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS
• Knowledge and understanding statutory accounting procedures and principles
• Knowledge of 1 C , SAP or any other software / ERP is an advantage
• 5 years of work experience in the related filed is required
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English (Russian is an advantage)
• Professional qualifications is a must (such as ACCA- minimum Fundamental levels, CIMA, DipIFR)
• Solid knowledge and working experience of MS Office Programs-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (advanced Excel is a must)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines
