Job Responsibilities:

• Perform independent testing of internal controls over business processes.
• Provide input into the development of the annual risk-based Internal Control test plan.
• Conduct business process control reviews related to implementation of business process changes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the Business Process Owners to remediate identified control weaknesses.
• Analyze information and conduct testing to detect deficient, non-existent controls, inefficiencies etc.
• Conduct fraud risk assessments and fraud investigations based on information provided.
• Contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of an effective internal control environment.
• Present and report the result of control reviews and fraud investigations to line manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• At least 4 years of relevant experience preferably at Retail sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for communication with managers and business process owners
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems;
• Presentation skills;
• Good personal organisation skills;
• Language skills – Azerbaijani, English
• Computer skills – Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel (high level), and PowerPoint).
