Job Responsibilities:

• • Provide construction engineering expertise within the defined area of responsibility, including day-to-day support to the Construction Manager in delivery of projects construction objectives.
  • Create the right communication between engineers construction team.
  • Ensure the successful start and completion of the project in accordance with the deadline.
  • Engineering interface with Top side Build Contractor
  • Technical liaison between the interfacing groups
  • Establish technical and fabrication engineering routine and integrity process with Top side build contractor construction & engineering managers.
  • Review of engineering deliverables & provide regular project status reports of engineering and deliverables in line with project schedule;
  • Manage effective communications between engineering, technical, construction, project controls groups, and design engineering contractor.
  • Manage technical interface between design engineering contractor and Construction Management Team
  • Deliver constructability reports and ensuring the contracts’ SOW account for constructability issues
  • Manage the responses to SEQs to resolution in change or modified implementation
  • Manage the resolution of contractor requests for change in scope, or for design engineering introduced change through a robust MOC process.
  • Compliance with timely visits to the workplace and the maximum efficient use of working time for the benefit of the company.
  • Verification of documentation and drawings provided by engineers, contractor and provision in the correct format to Construction Manager.
  • Сontrol and ensures the timely implementation of the established schedule of work
  • Prepare layout reports coming in for all construction engineers
  • Other job responsibilities required by the Construction Manager

Job Requirements:

• • Min.10 years of work experience in oil and gas / 4-5 of relevant experience. / min. 5 years of offshore construction work experience
  • Ability to make engineering decisions on time and to coordination between inbound construction engineers
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages
  • AUTOCAD and other related engineering certificates
  • Ability to interact with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Process Engineers & Technicians
  • Knowledge of engineering solutions and their application in computer programs
  • Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Deep understanding of Commissioning and Completion process’s
