Senior Data Analyst (Relocation to Azerbaijan)

Due to the implementation of flexible Agile approaches in the development of digital products and services, we invite experienced and qualified candidates from the CIS countries to cooperate in the agile block of Kapital Bank as Senior Data Analyst. 

Requirements:

• University degree, master’s degree is preferred;
• 4+ years of work experience;
• Strong analytical skills, understanding business intelligence, KPIs and metrics;
• Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL knowledge is a plus;
• Good knowledge of Statistics and Machine Learning algorithms;
• Understanding of data pipelines and databases;
• Good knowledge of reporting tools as a power user/creator, preferably Tableau;
• Python or any other programming language for data science is a plus;
• Data-driven and agile mindset;
• Good English knowledge, Russian is a plus;
• Banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, clean the data from different sources;
• Apply data science methods in different business use cases;
• Capture meaningful insights from data and turn them into competitive advantages for the business;
• Analyze product features and customer behaviors to inform the team’s decision making ;
• Support the team with other analytical services as per need basis;
• Work closely with product owners, business analysts and software developers;
• Create and maintain dashboards on Tableau;
• Prepare ad-hoc and standard reporting.
