IT GRUP SRL was founded in 2000 in Romania and since then was involved in major local and regional projects for Downstream industry. The branch of IT Grup SRL started its operations in Azerbaijan since October 2019.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Senior Developer / Team Lead who wants to be part of challenging new and ongoing projects using the latest technologies

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer / Team Lead or a relevant position in IT
• Participating in big software projects is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Write clean, well documented, well structured, maintainable and efficient code based on defined software specifications
• Perform unit, integration and other necessary tests and direct Quality Assurance team
• Maintain, troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Validate and deploy software packages
• Correctly estimate and meet implementation deadlines to the best of their knowledge
• Take part in the code review process
• Work in close collaboration with other Software Developers, System Architect, Business/System Analysts, Quality Assuranc
• Engineers, and other team members
• Guide and lead the team to achieve the desired outcome in the best way known/possible
• Follow established standards and processes in projects
• Prepare reports requested by management
• Keep up with the technological stack used in the company
• Timely respond to and solve issues reported by other team members
• Timely report on work progress and issues to the Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Software architecture and design principles
• API design standards and principles
• Familiarity with UML
• Design patterns
• Database design principles and best practices
• C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, T-SQL, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP
• TCP/IP and Serial communication protocols (nice to have)
• Multithreading and parallel processing programming (nice to have)
• ISO8583 and IFSF protocols (nice to have)
• Experience with CI/CD, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong writing/documenting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communications skills
• Strong team player and open to collaborations
