Senior Engagement and Communications Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of annual Internal & external communication plan;
• Planning, coordination and communication of engagement activities and projects;
• Planning, promoting, and overseeing concept and logistics for events such as site-wide celebrations: holidays, management events, employee recognition, employee contests, etc.;
• Responsible for External Communication projects i.e. Social Media projects, cooperation with Governmental Institutions (Labor and Education Ministries) related to Labor Market attraction;
• Responsible for companywide projects communication planning and implementation;
• Responsible for Crisis Communication related to employer image;
• Responsible for Employee Engagement Survey & follow up: drive participation, assist and support action plans;
• Drive Company’s wellbeing agenda;
• Drive initiatives supporting customer focused culture;
• Ensure that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to and followed at all times.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years pf experience as a senior specialist in corporate communication and PR function;
• Experience in Communication Strategy design and implementation;
• Well established relationships with local Mass Media representatives;
• Events Management skills;
• SMM skills;
• Native Azerbaijani, Advanced English knowledge;
• Knowledge of MS office programs: Outlook, Power point, Word, Excel; Design software is an advantage;
• Ability of project coordination;
• Good people orientation and communication skills;
• Analytical and problem solving capabilities;
• Multitasking ability;
• Time management skills;
• Teamwork skills;
• Emotional intelligence;
• Creativity;
• Initiative.
