Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

• Responsible for full financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and yearly levels of particular divisions
• Responsible for KPI report on a monthly level
• Closing of monthly, yearly accounting/financial books for particular divisions
• Responsible for P&L, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet for particular divisions
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting on a yearly and quarterly levels of particular divisions
• Manages Financial reporting specialist with direct report to Finance Manager
• Communication body for Brand Managers of different stores and Marketing department
• Provide all financial reports to Budget holders on a monthly level
• Authorization of PO’s in COINS of particular divisions
• Responsible for Bonus calculations
• Responsible for full P&L, both revenue and overhead parts
• Responsible for proper rent reconciliations of stores
• Responsible for the financial support for new stores during the opening period
• To conduct project cost for stores
• To conduct investment analyses of stores
• Manage day-to-day routine process in finance department and solve the problems
• Compare all costs of particular division using analytical database
• Any other ad-hoc requests from top management
• Knowledge of IFRS standards, ACCA is an advantage
  Experience with Financial reporting, i.e. conduction of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow, etc.
• Knowledge of COINS is an advantage
• Leadership skills
• Problem solving
• Analytical skills for analysis of historical data
• Detail-oriented
