Senior Fit-Out Specialist

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the retail, office, residential, hotel and shopping centre renovation/reconstruction projects.
• Technical review of all project in DWG files.
• Prepare design, spec and BOQ for revision works of the malls which are under operation.
• Auditing of fit-out activities of the malls which stores are under construction.
• Daily routine check & control and report of the tenant’s activities.
• Witnessing of testing commissioning works of new upcoming projects.
• Doing inspections and preparing snag lists of new upcoming and ongoing projects.
• Translating and transferring the needs of the leasing/commercial department to construction team.

Essential Education:

• Technical educational background with civil engineering, architect, construction management, etc.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction field especially in the fit-out.
• Good knowledge of speaking and writing in English
• Good planning skills
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of Russian will be plus
• Good time management skills
• Familiarity with MEP works
• Able to do inspect nonconformances in the buildings
• Good organizing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, work ethics, attention to detail and reliable
• Business/financial management expertise.
