Direct Reports: Chief Human Resources Officer
Purpose of Role:
Provide alignment of all HR projects and processes through timely monitoring and coordination of activities and direct implementation of projects assigned by CHRO.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Provides management and coordination in the planning and implementation of various programs and initiatives for a specified business unit within the Department.
- Leads and implements business cycle project plans; evaluates project status and resource utilization
- Communicates and interacts with internal and external partners.
- Researches, evaluates, and analyzes human resources business requirements and processes that have potential impact on operations;
- Reviews and ensures accurate completion and timely submission of reports as required, with respect to assigned areas of responsibilities.
- Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
- Provide executive assistance with Strategic & Functional Plans;
- Design Job Descriptions for all functions;
- Design SOPs for HR processes.
- Consolidate and design HR weekly, monthly and annual reports;
- Follow up on audit and risk management plans
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements to candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
- Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively summarize and present information.
- Program planning and implementation skills.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
- Excellent written, oral, and electronic communication skills.
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
- Outstanding interpersonal and community relations skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within a diverse community.
- Ability to establish, develop, and implement processes and procedures that align company processes with industry standards and best practices.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani & English (both written and verbal)
