Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in financial services within a product owner role ideally focused on Cards and Payment Processes;
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of Cards across Product, Pricing and Marketing;
- Experience in building relationships with international payment systems (VISA/MC);
- Strong project delivery experience;
- Experience in managing digital products within scrum delivery teams would be highly advantageous;
- Strong financial acumen including financial modelling & analysis;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Demonstrate curiosity and drive;
- Sound communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Extensive senior stakeholder management skills;
- A strong customer centric focus and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision, strategy and priorities of Cards product and define its value proposition, together with the other product people involved in the Cards product;
- Bring together the interests of business partners, stakeholders, end-customers and negotiate priorities, scope and schedule of features;
- İdentify and outline user stories and plan them with the development team;
- Be in charge of keeping the backlog prioritized, transparent to all stakeholders and well understood by the development team so they can deliver effectively;
- Coordinate technical and business requirements with third-party providers;
- As a part of the Kapital Bank product team improve the company’s product process through regular exchange and cooperation.
