- Adhere to the recruitment process and ensure speed and quality of recruitment
- Create and continuously update a pool of potential candidates
- Attract potential candidates for relevant vacancies using various social media platforms
- Conduct interviews, tests, and the candidate selection process
- Propose and carry out various recruitment and internship projects
- Initiate various collaborations, establish connections with different universities and educational institutions, and participate in job fairs
- Work with HR databases, candidate tracking, and management systems
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Monitor recruitment metrics
- Analyze employee turnover and provide suggestions to prevent it
- Take necessary measures for conducting exit interviews with departing employees
Tələblər
- Higher education (in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Management, or other related fields)
- 4 years of work experience in the relevant field
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) programs
- High proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages
- Strong communication, results-oriented, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
