Senior Recruting Specialist

Main roles and responsibilities:

• Create job descriptions, define the requirements for the ideal candidate, post job announcement at internal and external channels
• Prepare the design of announcement
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience
• Actively headhunt and create pipeline of candidates for open positions on several platforms
• Leverage Social Media recruitment expertise
• Develop new sourcing channels and leverage sourcing techniques
• Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates and manage technical/ lingual testing
• Manage deadlines as per ramp-up plans agreed with the head of departments
• Manage the offer process to completion – ensuring signing of employment contracts and guaranteeing start dates
• Prepare statistics, reports, and analysis
• Participate at career fair
• Schedule follow up interviews with managers
• Coordinate interviews and provide interview outcome summary
•  Ensure that the tracking system of the recruitment process and compile weekly reports on recruitment are maintained

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment;
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English skills both verbal and written;
• Solid knowledge of the recruitment expertise, social media recruitment knowledge, Applicant Tracking Systems, and strong passion for recruitment;
• University degree in Human Resources or Psychology will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment;
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail;
• Advanced level of MS Excel;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Very good Project Management and Presentation skills.
