Location: Azerbaijan

We are currently seeking the potential candidates in a HR consulting role in an SAP environment with following skills:

Key responsibilities include:

• To work with our clients to deliver new HR and Payroll functionality. This will include core HR processes, SuccessFactors and integration issues.
• Support of existing and implementation of SAP HR & SuccessFactors solutions
• Communication with clients in order to determine their needs in detail
• Monitoring the ticketing queues, resolving and closing assigned tickets.
• Support and resolve issues in assigned areas.
• Creating the necessary documents to support the lifecycle of the implementation

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Mathematics, Economics, HR Analytics or any other related field;
• 3-5 years of experience as a SAP HCM Consultant in the following areas (Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Time Management, Payroll Performance management, Talent management, Learning solution,and etc.)
• Understanding HR and Payroll function & processes
• Ability to interact with customers
• Knowledge about Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and etc.
• Strong technical skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Very good written/verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee central, Learning, Performance and goals, Succession and development and etc.)
• Understanding ASAP and SAP Activate implementation methodology
• Any Certification of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors module

Language skills:

• English: upper intermediate
• Russian:upper intermediate
